A Spotlight on Southeast Asia
In January 2019 we attended the first ever SEA FOCUS Art Fair held in Gillman Barracks. Together with artist Zoncy, we presented her important photographic series documenting her father’s home village in the Ayeyarwaddy Delta and the vast changes her family has gone through in the last decade.
Myanmar itself has changed significantly in the last decade. Rarely are Myanmar art galleries included in international exhibitions and art fairs. We were honoured to be included in the presentation among Southeast Asia’s strongest contemporary art galleries.
